U.K. Biker Cafes is the website for the U.K. Biker Cafes Facebook group, founded by Scott Pritchard. The group currently has over 40,000 members and is still growing.
This is a group to share motorcycle friendly cafes, check ins, feedback & reviews, and to help members search for a cafe in their area, share pictures of the location etc.
Since its inception, the group has grown massively, and there is now a need to show the locations of the cafes and pubs in a more permanent way with full search facilities based on the members location.
We also have produced an App for iPhones etc. that is available in the App store. The App is designed to be used when out and about, with the website providing more functionality to members when planning a route and giving more information on all the establishments. The website can be used on a mobile, but the amount of information contained makes it difficult to show on a mobile phone so we would recommend the App as well as using the website. An Android app should hopefully be available in the future.
Members of the Facebook group can add new listings to the directory for free once they have registered, but there is also a paid plan for the owners to increase the amount of information presented.
Using the website and the App you can search for biker-friendly cafes and pubs based on your current location, or by searching for any location in the UK.
The number of cafes etc. listed is growing daily, with more information being added on a regular basis.
These establishments have all been recommended by bikers for bikers, so you can be assured of a warm welcome when you visit.
The information will be synced between the website and the App to keep you all up to date.
We also have locations of nearly 7,000 petrol stations, so you can always find one near you.
We hope to be able to give you sat nav maps available for download in the near future as well.

As the owner of a biker-friendly establishment, you are reaching a target audience of over 40,000 bikers who want to find your place, with the number growing on a daily basis.
Reviews and recommendations will help increase your business.
Add more functionality by claiming your business (if it is already in the directory) or add your business yourself. You then have full control over editing your listing.
Our reasonably-priced annual paid plan allows more information to be given to the members (including photos, videos, details of your bike night, contact details, opening hours, features and a personal contact form), with your business featured at the top of the lists and on the homepage of the website.
Upgrade your listing with our "Monthly Spotlight" add-on and appear at the top of the homepage and at the top of the listings. Only one space available per month....
It's pretty self explanatory, but if you have location services turned on searching for cafes, pubs or petrol stations "near me" will show all listed establishments by distance from you.
If you have no location services turned on then the pages default to showing those nearest Hinckley (a random choice based on it being somewhere near the centre of the UK!)
However you can filter the lists and maps by entering an address, postcode, town or city etc. in the filter box. Drag to elsewhere on the map and hit the refresh button on the top left of the small map to populate the new area. Click the square at the top left of the smaller map to go to full screen.
Click or tap on any icon on the maps to bring up the infobox, and click or tap on any cafe/pub name in the list to bring up the individual listing page for more information and directions via Google Maps.
Clusters are used on the maps to show the number of listings in a particular area – simply click on the cluster to zoom to that area to show more detail.
Register for free or log in to your account with us to be able to write reviews and bookmark your favourites.

First of all create an account with us or log in to your existing account.
Then, if your business is already listed, you can "claim the listing". Simply click the claim listing button on the individual listing's page, fill in the form and (after a few checks) the listing will be assigned to you under our owner's paid plan (or the basic free plan if you want and if you are a member of the Facebook group).
If your business is not currently listed and you welcome bikers, why not add your listing. You will have full control over your listing once it is approved.
You are then free to edit the listing and add more information to stand out from the crowd.
