Tucked away it’s easy to miss the turning for Blaze Inn Saddles. On arrival we were met by a decent size parking area although the slight slope and gravel areas required some thought before parking. Despite it’s remote location there were a number of other bikes in the car park.

Once off the bike we were met by a charming outdoor seating area with a great view of the countryside and instantly made welcome by a lovely lady who I assume was the owner.

Menu was small but covering a range of items from Mexican soup to burgers, hotdogs, salad and ice cream – all at reasonable prices (especially in comparison to Diddly Squat which is just down the road.). The food was good quality and unpretentious.

Extremely friendly and helpful host who also assisted us, giving directions for the next leg of our ride.

Will be sure to use it as a stopping point for any future rides in the area.
